Located in Kyabram, a vibrant town near Shepparton, the subject site is at the fringe of the General residential zone and is expected to be executed as a multi-staged development.

In the past, our project team assisted in acquiring the site and obtaining regulatory compliance from council and various referral authorities. Right from preparing urban design plans and preparation of planning application associated documents up until obtain planning permit and resolving neighbours objections, Greenvest has assisted the client in manging and co-ordinating all project documentation and provide timely updates to the client.

For assessing the viability of the project, Greenvest prepared feasibility reports on the basis of cost estimates and identified potential risks and set up budgets to ensure they are aligned with project objectives and client requirements.
