Our project team has assisted in acquiring the site and obtaining regulatory compliance from council and various referral authorities. Right from preparing urban design plans and preparation of planning application associated documents up until obtain planning permit and resolving neighbours objections, along with assisting the client in manging and co-ordinating all project documentation and provide timely updates to the client.

By partnering with various traffic engineers, stormwater engineers and other environmental consultants, various planning concerns were resolved allowing the client to obtain a financially viable permit that can be profitable.

For assessing the viability of the project, our team has also prepared feasibility reports on the basis of cost estimates and identified potential risks and set up budgets to ensure they are aligned with project objectives and client requirements.

 Assistance was also provided in a challenging decontamination process by partnering with key stakeholders to obtain the necessary approvals from council and environmental authorities.
