Located in Yarrawonga, an attractive town for getaways, the subject site is in close proximity to multiple residential estates and industrially zoned land with multiple services readily available.
In the past, our project team assisted in acquiring the site and obtaining regulatory compliance from council and various referral authorities. Right from preparing urban design plans and preparation of planning application associated documents, along with assisting the client in manging and co-ordinating all project documentation and provide timely updates to the client.
Several meetings have been conducted with council and water authority to obtain consent agreements with neighbours to facilitate stormwater requirements.
For assessing the viability of the project, we have prepared feasibility reports on the basis of cost estimates and identified potential risks and set up budgets to ensure they are aligned with project objectives and client requirements.
