Located in Cobram, a vibrant town near Shepparton, the subject site is in the midst of multiple residential land subdivision projects and is in proximity to various services.

In the past, our project team has assisted in site acquisition and obtaining regulatory compliance from council and various referral authorities. Right from preparing urban design plans and preparation of planning application associated documents up until obtain planning permit and resolving neighbours objections, our team has assisted the client in manging and co-ordinating all project documentation and provide timely updates to the client.

By partnering with various traffic engineers, stormwater engineers and other environmental consultants, various planning concerns were resolved allowing the client to obtain a financially viable permit that can be profitable.
