Located in Tabletop, an area within the Thurgoona-Wirlinga PSP, the subject site is in close proximity to a village centre and has a huge potential for being executed as a landmark development.

In the past, our project team assisted in acquiring the site and obtaining regulatory compliance from council and various referral authorities. Right from preparing urban design plans and preparation of planning application associated documents along with assisting the client in manging and co-ordinating all project documentation and provide timely updates to the client.

Several meetings have been conducted with council and environmental authorities to understand the area specific concerns and strategies were devised to fulfil authority requirements.

For assessing the viability of the project, we have prepared feasibility reports on the basis of cost estimates and identified potential risks and set up budgets to ensure they are aligned with project objectives and client requirements.

Our services also included co-ordination of planning and legal documentation ensuring effective collection, collation and reporting of project information.
